You will see many coffee roasters, tea providers, alternative milks, and other "allied products" and services to choose from at a trade show. What criteria do you use to select your partners? We will dig into what to look for in a partnership, what you can ask for, and what you should or should not expect. Once you are clear on your store/cafe's identity, you will know how to select products and partners that are in line with who you are in your market and see the sales soar!
